Obverse: Imperial couple Dusan and Jelena standing, holding jointly patriarchal double cross and cross-tipped scepter each. Serbian legend: СФb ZP (STEFAN CZAR) to sides.
Reverse: Christ enthroned, holding book of gospels decorated with 5 gems in his left hand and blessing with his right hand. Greek letters: IC XC (In Greek: Ιησούς Χριστός – Jesus Christ) above. Siglas R and V to the sides. 4 triple pellets around the throne. Large O under left elbow.
